For The Late Late Show‘s Carpool Karoke, Adele and buddy James Corden drive around London, sharing tunes and hilarious stories.
Here at We So Nerdy, we’re massive Adele fans (as you could probably tell from our gushing review of 25). I’m happy to share that, against all odds, I was able to snag tickets to her 2016 North American Tour *TWIRLS*
But please believe, I’ll still be taking every opportunity to enjoy Adele’s gloriousness, from her live concert at Radio City Music Hall to various talk show appearances. Well we can now add The Late Late Show with James Corden to that list, and this performance is a little different that others we’ve seen.
While home in London for the holidays, Corden picked up his buddy Adele for a drive around the city, during which they sang some of her classic songs (“Hello”, “Someone Like You”, “All I Ask”, “Rolling in the Deep”) and others—the Spice Girls and Nicki Minaj may/may not get shout-outs!). You might also remember that Corden is a crooner himself (he was part of the stellar cast of the musical film Into the Woods).

OK, I have the biggest grin on my face! I just love Adele so much… besides having the most EPIC voice, her stories are too hilarious. Can you imagine being in a restaurant and Adele comes to your table to have a chat? I’d die!
And, I’m 100% HERE for an Adele, Beyonce, Jennifer Lawrence, and Amy Schumer squad! Also, Corden would be the BEST hype-man ever!
