TV Land gives us a first look at their upcoming original series Younger created by Darren Star (SATC) and starring Sutton Foster, Debi Mazar, and Hilary Duff. Younger premieres on March 31, 2015.
***Paging all Sex and the City fans*** So nothing will ever be able to replace the amazingness that was SATC, but I’m always on the look-out for TV shows that have the same wit, sexiness, and sense of humor. Well, Darren Star (SATC’s creator) has an upcoming show that’s guaranteed to fit the bill! TV Land’s newest original Younger stars Tony Award® winner Sutton Foster (Bunheads), Hilary Duff (Lizzie McGuire), Debi Mazar (Entourage), and Miriam Shor (GCB). Darren, writer, executive producer, and director on the project, will be joined by costume consultant Patricia Field, who also worked with him Sex and the City.
Younger is based on a novel of the same name by Pamela Redmond Satran and follows 40-year old Liza (Sutton Foster), a suddenly single mother who tries to get back into the working world, only to find it’s nearly impossible to start at the bottom at her age. When a chance encounter with a young guy at a bar convinces her she looks younger than she is, Liza tries to pass herself off as 26—with the help of a makeover, courtesy of her best friend Maggie (Debi Mazar). Armed with new confidence, she lands a job as an assistant to the temperamental Diana (Miriam Shor) and teams up with her new co-worker and 20-something Kelsey (Hilary Duff) to make it in the career of her dreams. Now she just has to make sure no one finds out the secret only she and Maggie share. (via TV Land)

We also see the emergence of her plan to lie about her age and glimpses of all the crazy that goes along with trying to look and sound younger in 2015.
The second video has behind-the-scenes interview with Sutton, Debi, Miriam, and Hilary. They tell us more about each of their characters what they think makes Younger so special.
Would you want another chance at your 20s??? I’m not sure what I think, but this show might be able to convince me either way!
