Orphan Black Returns in April 2015–See New Teasers Now!

December 20, 2014 By Funmbi 3 Comments

BBC America reveals that Orphan Black‘s third season will begin airing on April 18, 2015. Take a look at new teasers featuring our favorite clones.

Ever since we learned that production for Orphan Black‘s third season was underway in Toronto, the Clone Club has been eagerly awaiting news about when the show will return and any glimpses about what we can expect. Well earlier this week, BBC America shared some great news. Series 3 of Orphan Black will air starting Saturday, April 18, 2015. And to help whet our appetite, their official twitter account also posted this new teaser featuring our favorite clones.

If you’ll recall, in addition to that awesome Clone Dance Party, season 2 ends with Sarah (Tatiana Maslany) discovering a new generation of younger clones in Project LEDA. Furthermore, the military is still actively producing MALE clones in another project called CASTOR. In the teaser below, we get to hear from all of the clones, female and male alike. We start with Cosima, Sarah, Helena, and Alison, before hearing from Charlotte (the young clone). Then we move into a super creepy ending with the male clones, Mark and Rudy (Ari Millen):

SO CREEPY, right? And yet, we love it! All this talk about fighting, war, and conflict is familiar, but still makes me nervous.

Entertainment Weekly also shared this exclusive first look at season 3 with a teaser photo of what looks like Sarah having a conversation with Rudy (the male clone being held by Dr. Marian/Michelle Forbes):

WOW, so the female clones and male clones will definitely be coming face to face. Do you think they’ll be teaming up to help bring Projects LEDA and CASTOR to an end? Can we even trust the male clones? Both Rudy and Mark are extremely suspect…and it’s likely we’ll be meeting even more of their brothers in the upcoming season.

So what do you think, Clone Club? What are you most looking forward to seeing in Orphan Black‘s series 3? Share your thoughts in comments!
