House of Cards Returns to Netflix on February 27, 2015–Watch Teaser Now!

December 2, 2014 By Funmbi 3 Comments

House of Cards is absolutely one of my favorite TV shows within the last five years! I’m a huge fan of political thrillers, and very few shows can bring the drama the way House of Cards does. Kevin Spacey (Frank Underwood) and Robin Wright (Claire Underwood) are positively brilliant in their roles. And given the way season 2 ends with President Walker’s (Michael Gill) resignation, Frank being sworn in as POTUS, and Doug (Michael Kelly) possibly lying dead in the middle of the woods, you know season 3 will take off with a bang!

Yesterday, Netflix announced via the show’s official twitter account that House of Card‘s third season will premiere on February 27, 2015. In the teaser video below, we see President and First Lady Underwood boarding Air Force One, and in his signature move, Frank pauses to stare straight at us:

I wonder what Frank and Claire have been up to and where they’re headed?

This has been one hell of a revenge quest, don’t you think? Do you ever wonder what would have happened if President Walker would have just made Frank the Secretary of State like he promised…?

Netflix will most likely follow the same format as they did with previous seasons and release all of season 3’s episodes at once. And I can guarantee that I’ll be pretty much useless until I’ve power-watched it all!

We’ll share more information about the upcoming season as we get it, so make sure to check back with us. You can also watch full episodes of seasons 1 and 2 of House of Cards right now on Netflix.

What are you most looking forward to in House of Card‘s third season?
