Spring is coming, Sassenachs! In just 29 days, we’ll be sitting down to watch the Outlander Season 2 premiere. As we get closer to the premiere date, promo will be kicking into high gear, meaning more wonderful Outlander cast interviews and teasers!
STARZ just released a new set of images from Season 2, featuring several photo stills from upcoming episodes. We see scenes of Jamie (Sam Heughan) and Claire (Caitriona Balfe) settling into life in paris. We also get a first look at Claire with Mother Hildegarde (Frances de la Tour), working at L’Hopital des Anges, as well as scenes with Wee Fergus (Romann Berrux), the Duke of Sandringham (Simon Callow), and Master Raymond (Dominique Piñon).
Additionally, there are also photos from an editorial couture, fashion spread with Jamie, Claire, Louise de Rohan (Claire Sermonne), Mary Hawkins (Rosie Day), King Louis XV (Lionel Lingelser), Murtagh (Duncan Lacroix), Le Comte St Germain (Stanley Weber), Prince Charles Stuart (Andrew Gower), and Frank Randall (Tobias Menzies) .

Terry Dresbach (Outlander‘s costume designer) and her team (@OutlanderCostum) are magnificently talented! These fashions are so stunning. One of the best things about this series is the meticulous the attention to detail in the costuming and beyond. I can’t wait to see this world on my TV screen!
Speaking of constructing 18th Century Paris, the Television Academy just announced an upcoming Outlander event on Tuesday, April 5 in New York City (7:30pm ET)—From Scotland to Paris: A Behind the Scenes Journey with Outlander.
Creators and cast members Ronald D. Moore, Maril Davis, Terry Dresbach, Jon Gary Steele (Production Designer), Caitriona Balfe, Sam Heughan, and Tobias Menzies will attend the panel to discuss creating the sets and costumes to depict the world of Paris and Versailles.
Bear McCreary will also be there to perform a NEW theme for Season 2 (what?!).
Attendance for the event is limited to Television Academy members, BUT there will be a live stream on TelevisionAcademy.com! Add this to your calendar and tune in!
