Ghostbusters is back and rebooted for a new generation and will hit theaters near you on July 15, 2016. This action comedy is running thangs with its female led cast that stars Melissa McCarthy as Abby Yates, Kristen Wiig as Erin Gilbert, Kate McKinnon as Jillian Holtzmann, and Leslie Jones as Patty Tolan.
Thirty years have passed since the original Ghostbusters which starred Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, Harold Ramis, and Ernie Hudson hit theaters and became a favorite film for many. The upcoming reboot written by Katie Dippold and Paul Feig, who is also the director, will be in theaters this upcoming summer. The film will surely become another fan favorite, since it stars some of our best comedians/actresses around today. Think about it, Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Kate McKinnon, and Leslie Jones from their stints on Saturday Night Live, The Big Gay Sketch Show, network television shows like Mike & Molly, and/or feature films have had many of us slapping our knees due to their comedic antics. Now they will come together in one film to do the same thing.
If that wasn’t enough, along for the ride is Charles Dance, Michael Kenneth Williams, and Chris Hemsworth.
