After our flails over Adele’s new album 25, you can imagine we were *very* excited to watch her Radio City Music Hall concert, Adele: Live in New York City. Though the special aired this past Monday, December 14, she actually filmed it back in November, prior to the release of 25.
I watched the concert as it aired and it was seriously unreal! After beginning with “Hello”, Adele launched into older favorites like “Set Fire to the Rain”, “Skyfall”, and “Rolling in the Deep”. She also performed other songs from her new album like “All I Ask” and “When We Were Young”. During the actual Radio City event, Adele performed 13 songs total, even though only eight aired in the NBC special.

It shouldn’t surprise you that it was an incredibly emotional evening, for us (the watching audience) and Adele! It was wonderful to see her excitement and eagerness to be on the stage again. Certainly, it was a blessing for us… her brilliant voice and talent, the jarring reality of her lyrics… *FEELINGS*
