Natasha Romanoff’s story is finally joining the MCU! Watch the first teaser trailer for Marvel’s Black Widow, coming Summer 2020!
This summer at San Diego Comic-Con we were very lucky and completely excited to be in the room where it happened… of course, we mean Hall H where Marvel Studios debuted Phase Four!
And, as we now know, the long anticipated Black Widow will be the first film in this new phase. Finally, Natasha Romanoff’s story is joining the MCU!
The new teaser trailer has debuted, and we see Scarlett Johansson reprises her role as Natasha/Black Widow in what will be an action-packed spy thriller.
In the trailer, we see flashbacks to Natasha’s Widow training, as well as joining S.H.I.E.L.D. and the Avengers. But before the Avengers, Natasha had another family. She tells us that she’s done running from her past… and Natasha’s reunion with her sister Yelena (Florence Pugh) is pretty epic. We also get to see David Harbour as Alexei aka The Red Guardian and Rachel Weisz as Melina, another Widow.
Black Widow (directed by Cate Shortland and produced by Kevin Feige) hits U.S. theaters on May 1, 2020.
