Praise the Old Gods! American Gods will return to STARZ on March 10, 2019! Take a look at the details here!
I’ve been waiting the whole year for news about American Gods and flailing every time new information released. Today was the day, though, because we got a premiere date and new key art!

Season two of American Gods will debut on STARZ on March 10, 2019 at 8/7c and consist of eight episodes! The show will pick up at the end of the first season, and Shadow Moon will have to make a decision about his place in this new world.
We were forged in God’s image, but the Gods are also made in ours — and in Season Two the battle moves inexorably toward crisis point as the destinies of gods and men collide. While Mr. World plots revenge for the attack against him in Season One, Shadow throws in his lot with Wednesday’s attempt to convince the Old Gods of the case for full-out war, with Laura and Mad Sweeney in tow. A council at the House on the Rock explodes into chaos, sending deities both Old and New on quests across America that will converge on Cairo, Illinois: forcing Shadow to carve out a place as a believer in this strange new world of living gods — a dark world where change demands commitment, and faith requires terrible sacrifice. {Via STARZ}
Ohhhhh my gosh! I can’t wait for this new season! It will be so interesting to see how the story plays out for Shadow, especially after the revelation of Wednesday’s role in Laura’s death. Most of all, I really hope we see more Mr. Nancy!
Don’t stress if you missed season one! You still have time to catch up because American Gods is streaming on the STARZ app! Once season two premieres, you’ll be able to watch the same day with the app, too. If you want live tweet with other viewers, you can binge the first season on Saturday, December 29, beginning at 3ET/12P.
