Venom debuted its first trailer and we are full of flails as Tom Hardy enters the world of superheroes…or anti-heroes in this case. We can’t wait for this one! Watch the trailer below!
I can’t wait for October! Venom is going to give us a darker, more personal look at Eddie Brock’s origin story, and it’s separate from Superman. In fact, this one is set in San Francisco…nowhere near NYC.
Whether this is part of the MCU is in question, but it does say “In Association with Marvel” in the trailer, so we can assume that Marvel is either waiting to see how it does before making it MCU official or there is more red tape to wade through before the final deal is made.
I’m not going to lie, I’m here for Tom Hardy. I think he’s a brilliant actor and seeing him battle with this presence in himself during the trailer only shows me how much potential there is in this film. With a supporting cast like this one has, it’s going to be good. Another fav of mine, Riz Ahmed, is playing the uber rich baddie, and YESSSS. Here. For. It.
I’m very ready to support this anti-hero, Eddie Brock and his dark side, Venom. Watch the trailer and tell us what you’re looking forward to in this Marvel addition!
