Fellow Fifty Fans, I think it’s pretty clear that whenever the word “climax” is used in relation to Fifty Shades, you know it’s going to be good… 😉
As promised, this morning the first full trailer for Fifty Shades Freed was released, and it’s everything we’ve hope it would be! Over a span of about two and a half minutes, we go inside the next level of Christian’s and Ana’s relationship. We get glimpses of their wedding, the jet-setting on their European honeymoon, buying a new home together, and allllllll the swoony, kinky sexy times (both inside and outside of the Red Room)!

Ana’s character growth is one of my favorite things about this series. What is most evident in the trailer is that, in Fifty Shades Freed, Ana has really come into her own. She’s making progress in her professional career as the SIP’s new fiction editor. Ana asserts herself her sexual relationship with Christian (you can see in the new poster that Ana is in a more dominant pose, as compared to Christian AND as compared to the previous posters of the series). Ana fully embodies being Mrs. Grey when smacking down (figuratively) any other woman that means to make moves on her husband. And can we talk about that ring?! YAS HONEY!
But… we know that danger still lingers, and his name is Jack Hyde. Jack is fully unhinged and holds Ana and Christian responsible for his problems. Jack also decides that kidnapping is a good idea… YIKES! Also, can we talk about why in the world Christian would think it’s a good idea to go back to Mrs. Robinson?! UGH.
Thank goodness for HEAs and I have all the faith that, despite serious obstacles, Christian’s and Ana’s happily ever after will be glorious!
