Today, AMC debuted the official trailer for season two of Preacher, and we were gifted with some pretty insanely intense/crazy moments and a mysterious new character…
That trailer has so many things going on, so let’s break down the few that are pretty important to the current storylines after season one.
The Saint of Killers is after them and making progress in catching up. We haven’t seen Fiore or DeBlanc yet so their status is up in the air.
Meanwhile, Jesse’s really using his powers to help them make a break for it when trouble pops up. Then sometimes he just uses it for laughs.
The main problem that Jesse wants to tackle is finding God, and he’s not letting that misson go.
“God left Heaven. I’m gonna find him.”
Tulip continues to live up to her badass status by beating anyone in her path that poses a threat, even Cassidy takes a punch.
There’s a quick shot of Eugene (Arseface), too! Hopefully he’ll get released from Hell sometime this season. **fingers crossed**
Then there’s the new guy. He’s mysterious and sitting in the shadows, but he’s very sure when he says that he has everything under control.
