We’ve got your first look at the action-packed Kingsman: The Golden Circle trailer, plus new images from the film, out this fall!
I first learned about the Kingsman series back in July 2014. I had a chance to attend 20th Century Fox’s press conference at San Diego Comic-Con and Kingsman: The Secret Service was in their line-up.
I wasn’t familiar with the comic books, but I really loved the dynamic between the cast. I mean, Colin Firth and Samuel L. Jackson are EPIC in every sense of the word. Even (then) newcomers like Taron Egerton, Sophie Cookson, and Sofia Boutella were hilarious and super excited to be part of the film.
This definitely translated to the movie. I was really surprised by how quirky Kingsman was. Of course the action/fight scenes were INSANE and bloody. But overall Kingsman: The Secret Service was fun and enjoyable, despite Harry/Galahad’s death… or so we thought!
Apparently, reports of Galahad’s death have been greatly exaggerated, and the first Kingsman: The Golden Circle trailer confirms that Firth is back for the sequel. Taron Egerton is also back as Eggsy, Kingsman’s newest agent. We also get a first look at new cast members, superstars Julianne Moore, Halle Berry, Channing Tatum, and Jeff Bridges.
When Kingsman headquarters are destroyed, our heroes end up turning to an allied spy organization in America, Statesman. These two elite secret organizations join together to defeat a ruthless common enemy and save the world.
