PREVIEW: ‘The Walking Dead’ Season Seven, Episode Six “Swear”

November 27, 2016 By Katie Leave a Comment

We’re slowly catching up with everyone else in our group, and maybe adding a few new faces to the mix. Let’s see what Tara has been up to in our preview for “Swear”!

It’s hard to believe that we’re six episodes into Season Seven of The Walking Dead, but here we are. So far, we’ve had brutal murders and a lot of separation.

Due to the separation, we haven’t been able to properly work through our grief because we’ve been bouncing around so much. I’m hoping that as the “A” side of this season wraps up, we’ll be back on the same page as a group and can move into 7B more unified.

Tonight’s episode, “Swear”, follows Tara, who has been absent from the group since the raid on Negan’s satellite post back in S6. She has no idea that Denise was killed, and she doesn’t know that Glenn and Abraham were murdered either. We do know that her initial two week scavenging trip with Heath has stretched far beyond its original time frame, though.

Remember when she woke up in S5, and Noah was dead? Why do they keep springing deaths on an unsuspecting Tara?

Add to that the fact that it seems like she and Heath either get separated or she has something bad happen to her that causes her to wash onshore somewhere down the line, and Tara has really bad luck in this new world. In the preview from last week’s The Talking Dead, we see Tara being rescued by a woman and child on a beach, so it looks like the group is about to get even bigger.

“Swear” might be the turning point episode for the downhill fall that will be the rest of 7A, and many of our favorite characters are still up in the air.

Take a look at the sneak peaks below then get ready for more tonight as “Swear” airs on AMC!
