Sometimes we get extra lucky when two of our faves get together to do an epic film… and Columbia Picture’s Passengers, starring Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Pratt is about to be a powerhouse!
Passengers is a science fiction adventure where 5,000 travelers are resting in suspended animation on the Starship Avalon during a 120-year journey to the Homestead II space colony to begin new lives. Unfortunately, two people wake up from hibernation 90 years ahead of time. (via USA Today)
Aurora and Jim get to know one another as they explore the ship and even fall in love… but they quickly realize that something has gone very wrong with their ship.

Passengers was directed by Morten Tyldum and also stars Michael Sheen, Laurence Fishburne, and Andy Garcia (who we also see in the trailer).
The film hits theaters on December 21, 2016.
Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Pratt are two passengers onboard a spaceship transporting them to a new life on another planet. The trip takes a deadly turn when their hibernation pods mysteriously wake them 90 years before they reach their destination. As Jim and Aurora try to unravel the mystery behind the malfunction, they begin to fall for each other, unable to deny their intense attraction… only to be threatened by the imminent collapse of the ship and the discovery of the truth behind why they woke up.
