NETFLIX announces that Fuller House will be back for a second season! Let’s talk about our happy, nostalgic feels!
So, who else got home from work/school last Friday, changed into pjs, grabbed a snack, and plopped down on the couch to binge-watch Fuller House? OK, maybe it wasn’t the most glamorous way to spend a weekend evening, but it was certainly fun!
I loved reinserting myself into the lives of the Tanner-Fullers and their loved ones! Even all these years later, I adored watching all the shenanigans, this time with DJ, Stephanie, and Kimmy Gibbler stepping into the roles that Danny, Uncle Jesse, and Joey had in the original series. The new cast of kiddos definitely picked up the mantel in terms of adorableness and hilarity.
I loved all the 90s throwbacks, as well as the contemporary, pop culture references. There were so many cameos, not just from the original cast, but from folks like Macy Gray and Val and Maks Chmerkovskiy. I can’t lie, the Michelle/Mary-Kate and Ashley shade was too funny!
There was so much humor and sweet, heartfelt moments… everything we loved about the original in a 2015/2016 setting. But personally, my favorite part was watching DJ start dating again after losing her husband, leading her to a SEXY love triangle. (Of course, I was Team Steve!)
When I got to the end of the 13 episodes (about 15 hours later), I wasn’t ready to let go!
Well, NETFLIX just made our week with an announcement that Fuller House will be back for a second season! Check out the announcement video below:

Minimal details for now, but hopefully we’ll find out more about who may/may not be returning…and whether Michelle might make a physical appearance too!
