20th Century Fox debuts a new trailer for Joy, featuring Jennifer Lawrence, Robert De Niro, Bradley Cooper, and more. The film hits theaters on Christmas Day 2015.
Jennifer Lawrence is about to OWN the 2015 Holiday Season! First, The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2 premiers later this month (with huge box office numbers expected). Then, about a month later, Jennifer also stars in the David O. Russell’s upcoming film Joy, which hits theaters on Christmas Day!
20th Century Fox just debuted a new trailer, where Jennifer is joined with Robert De Niro, Bradley Cooper, Edgar Ramirez, Isabella Rossellini, and more.
In the trailer, we meet Joy (Jennifer Lawrence) and learn more about her life, family, and business ambitions. All the while, she warns about the pitfalls of wealth and feeling entitled:
The world doesn’t owe you a thing…
But that doesn’t mean Joy won’t do everything it takes to climb up the ladder of success. Jennifer Lawrence is pretty fierce! I certainly wouldn’t want to be an adversary who’s trapped in a room with Joy and a gun… what did you think of the trailer?
