E! Online has exclusively debut The Vampire Diaries season 7 trailer and let’s just say that Mama Salvatore and pals might bring more drama then season 6 bad boy Kai Parker.
When season 6 of The Vampire Diaries ended, we saw Mystic Falls, VA in utter chaos. Damon Salvatore (Ian Somerhalder) was standing on the ledge of the Mystic Falls clock-tower, sipping from his trusty flask, watching the town below him burn. On the ground, Matt Donovan (Zach Roerig) surveyed the destruction up close.
For the fans of The Vampire Diaries all signs pointed to a season 7 that would begin with a flash-forward, and executive producers, Julie Plec and Caroline Dries confirmed this fact at the 2015 Comic-Con International in San Diego. Now with the E! Online exclusive debut of The Vampire Diaries season 7 trailer we get a peek into how and why Mystic Falls spiraled to utter destruction, and Mama (Lily) Salvatore (Annie Wersching) and her heretics (siphoner/vampire hybrids) pals are to blame.

The Vampire Diaries season 7 premieres on The CW on Thursday, October 8, 2015, at 8/7c AND I am so looking forward to catching up with the Scooby Doo gang, seeing Lily again, meeting the heretics, the new town folk of Mystic Falls, and the new peeps going or working at Whitmore College.
