Five years ago today Mockingjay by Suzanne Collins was released and to celebrate the book anniversary a NEW “Fallen Snow” banner for The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2 was released.

And within an hour, fans from around the world clicked a total of 11,202,015 times! That’s crazy pants and we adore it! Plus, it doesn’t hurt that the campaign for the reveal happened on the fifth book anniversary of the final book in Suzanne Collins The Hunger Games trilogy.
Five years ago today, I, with about 200+ The Hunger Games stans waited in a book store in NYC for Suzanne Collins to come out and read a portion of Mockingjay and stamp our books. If you all remember, prior to the book tour for Mockingjay, Suzanne had hurt her wrist and was unable to write for long periods of time. However, being the kind being that she is, had a stamp created of her signature with a greeting, and she happily stamped away for hours so fans could have that final moment with her to close out The Hunger Games series.
