Fans in six U.S. cities will get a chance to attend advanced screenings of Blood & Oil, Quantico, and The Muppets during the ABC Summer Block Party.
Here at We So Nerdy, we’re huge (HUGE!) fans of ABC primetime shows! We’re looking forward to many of our favorites returning (e.g. Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., black-ish, Scandal), but there are already several new debuts that look just as fantastic! A couple weeks ago I highlighted a few of the upcoming series we should get excited about. Now, thanks to ABC, fans in six cities across the U.S. will get a chance to watch advanced screenings of three of their Fall newbies!
The ABC Summer Block Party is hitting the road with a six-market mobile pilot screening tour giving guests the opportunity to get a first look at some of ABC’s highly anticipated new fall shows including “Blood & Oil” and “Quantico” as well as a special preview of “The Muppets.” The tour will kick off at CMA Music Festival in Nashville with additional stops at the Chicago Navy Pier, Detroit Riverdays, Milwaukee Summerfest, San Diego County Fair and the California State Fair in Sacramento.
All screenings will take place inside the Cinetransformer which is a 91-seat mobile cinema housed in a 53-foot double-expandable trailer that replicates every facet of a movie theater experience. (via ABC)
How fun is that?! In addition, those who attend will receive awesome swag like Blood & Oil hats, Quantico t-shirts, and The Muppets pins (while supplies last).
