In a new BTS featurette, costume designer Angus Strathie discusses developing fashions for The Age of Adaline. Blake Lively and Harrison Ford also share their excitement about the upcoming film.
Last week Lionsgate released nine new The Age of Adaline character posters featuring a stunning Blake Lively in fashions from different decades and how Adaline’s look changed over time.
As a compliment to the posters, Lionsgate also shared a new behind-the-scenes featurette “The Making of The Age of Adaline – A Century of Fashion.” Academy Award winning costume designer Angus Strathie talks about developing Adaline’s exquisite wardrobe, the challenge of trying to capture Adaline’s look across a span of almost a century, and combining vintage and contemporary pieces in the costuming.
Blake and Harrison Ford also discuss their excitement about being part of The Age of Adaline and how magical and imaginative the movie is. Check it out below:
