We are saying farewell to Marvel’s Agent Carter, but hopefully not for long. Get your sneak peek into tonight’s Season Finale airing on ABC at 9 PM (ET/PT).
It’s been a lovely, glorious ride for the eight-episode arc of Marvel’s Agent Carter. On January 6, 2015, Marvel’s Agent Carter premiered with the pilot episode, “Now Is Not the End.” In the pilot, it’s 1946 and Agent Peggy Carter (Hayley Atwell) is working at the SSR (Strategic Scientific Reserve) in the NYC Office as a secretary. Her valuable skills as a field operative weren’t being utilized at all. But her dear friend Howard Stark (Dominic Cooper) is in need of her assistance because he has been framed for treason. The SSR thinks Howard is selling his deadly weapons to the highest bidder. Agent Carter being the badass that she is, takes on the task to clear Howard’s name. To help her in this effort, Howard provides her assistance in the guise of his right-hand man, Edwin Jarvis (James D’Arcy).
Peggy and Jarvis have had the share of scraps in the attempt to clear Howard’s name. Both have ended up in custody of the SSR, fought off criminals and spies, and uncovered more about Leviathan. Now in the season finale, “Valediction,” airing tonight on ABC at 9PM ET/PT and 8PM Central, Howard Stark returns and Agent Carter will come face-to-face with the full fury of Leviathan. “Valediction” was directed by Christopher Misiano and written by Michele Fazekas and Tara Butters.
