As promised, earlier this morning the TODAY Show shared their latest exclusive clip from the upcoming Fifty Shades of Grey film. Like yesterday’s clip, this scene also features Christian (Jamie Dornan) and Ana (Dakota Johnson) engaged in conversation, though this time, circumstances are a bit more intimate.
The conversation is drawn from chapter five in the novel and takes place after Christian has tracked Ana down at the bar where she’s having her post-final exams celebration. He saves her from Jose’s advances and, when Ana becomes sick and faints from a night of drinking, Christian takes her to his hotel room to recover:

*FLAILS* I really like how in this scene, Ana is starting to challenge Christian. He can’t just send her gifts, follow her around town, and keep making all these cryptic statements. If he wants to be with her, then Christian has some explaining to do!
The TODAY Show also announced that EL James will be on the show tomorrow! That should be a fun interview and it’ll be great to hear her thoughts on the book-to-film adaptation.
