How will Fish Mooney make it out of this pickle? Get your sneak peek into tonight’s Gotham airing tonight at 8PM (ET/PT) on FOX.
Last week on Gotham, season 1, episode 12, “What the Little Bird Told Him,” James Gordon (Ben McKenzie) wanted back on the Gotham City Police Department Detective Squad and was going to do everything in his power to do so. Even if it meant strong-arming Commissioner Loeb (Peter Scolari) into letting him on the case to capture Jack Gruber (Christopher Heyerdahl) who escaped Arkham Asylum under Gordon’s watch. Detective Gordon was able to track down and apprehend Gruber and officially get his Detective shield back. Meanwhile, Fish Mooney (Jada Pinkett Smith) made her move to take over for Carmine Falcone (John Doman). However, Falcone became hip to the scheme that Fish had in the works thanks to some gut intuition and to Oswald Cobblepot (Robin Lord Taylor) letting him know that Liza (Makenzie Leigh) was working with Fish all along. Sadly, Falcone got his Don back on and killed Liza and put things in motion for Fish Mooney to suffer for her betrayal.
Now up on tonight’s episode of Gotham, “Welcome Back, Jim Gordon,” a key witness while in police custody ends up dead and it looks like an inside job to Detective Gordon. To see if that is the case Gordon goes to an old friend for information. Meanwhile, Oswald Cobblepot seizes Fish Mooney’s possession and shares the spoils with his mother Gertrude Kapelput (Carol Kane) and Fish is about to reap what she sowed. On top of our normal cast of characters, tonight’s episode, “What the Little Bird Told Him” guest stars include Morena Baccarin as Dr. Leslie Thompkins, Drew Powell as Butch Gilzean, Anthony Carrigan as Victor Zsasz, Dash Mihok as Arnold Flass, and Niko Nicotera as Derek Delaware.
Now let’s go a bit further into the episode with three sneak peek clips followed by promotional stills from Gotham, “Welcome Back, Jim Gordon.” In the first video Oswald shows off the club he is trying to take control over from Fish to his mother Gertrude. Followed by a clip of smitten Bruce Wayne (David Mazouz) after his return from Switzerland presenting Selina Kyle/Cat (Camren Bicondova) with a gift. Ending with a clip of Gordon going to Oswald for a favor.
