Get a sneak peek into Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., season 2, episode 8, “The Things We Bury,” airing on ABC on Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at 9/8c.
Last week on Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. season 2, episode 7, “The Writing on the Wall” Carver/Sebastian Van Holt (Brian Van Holt) was killing off former S.H.I.E.L.D. agents that came to a head with some lovely hand-to-hand combat between Carver/Sebastian Van Holt and Agent Phil Coulson (Clark Gregg), with a little help from guest start Joel Gretsch who played Hank Thompson. This fight led to Coulson finding out the map he had been obsessing over was actually a blueprint. The blueprint will surely lead to some amazing discoveries to come in the remainder of Season 2.

Coulson and team find themselves in an epic face-off against Hydra to uncover an ancient secret, while Ward kidnaps his brother, Senator Christian Ward, for a violent trip down memory lane. (via IMDb)
A trip down a S.H.I.E.L.D. memory lane means one thing and one thing only, AGENT PEGGY CARTER (Hayley Atwell)! That’s right in tonight’s episode Agent Carter is back and being the badass that she is. Each time she makes an appearance on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. I get excited for Agent Carter that is airing on ABC in January 2015. In the first sneak peak of from tonight’s episode we see Coulson and team take the bus to Hawaii for an “unusual” mission. Followed by another sneak peek of the amazing Agent Carter interrogating Werner Reinhardt (Reed Diamond).
