Funny items found on the Interwebs to make your Monday, November 17, 2014 a bit nicer.
It’s been a rough few weeks for me. I had a cold that basically knocked me on my bum and the moment I thought I was getting over the hurdle of sickdom, boom I was put on doctor sanctioned bed rest for three days. So hopefully the below funny items will bring some joy to your day as they have to mine.
Colton Wright from Fort Worth, TX posted a video of him trying to get an owl out of his house and in the end needed to resort to using what appears to be a Swiffer Sweeper for assistance. This video kills me, but more importantly I salute Mr. Wright for being able to tape the event and be successful at getting the owl out of his home. If this was me, I would have ran and called pest control and been done with it, even if it meant I needed to move out of my house for a few days.
Even though this is devious, I like the ingenuity of this young woman who pretended to be a ghost to get out of paying for apparently expensive parking.
And finally, a horrible movie about one of my favorite singers aired this weekend. I was so mortified by the production that I honestly wanted to write a letter of apology to her family for having to hear how horrible the film (they didn’t want made) was. But also, I wanted to write a letter to the production team for the film and demand they invent some item to for many of us to get those 2 hours back. In the interim, this below picture accurately describes how many of us feel who watched the movie.
